If you need to catch a flight but in a bit of a financial bind, Caribbean Airlines has got you covered.
The regional airline has just announced the introduction of its layaway plan.
The interest-free plan, which was announced on Monday, will allow passengers travelling within a two to six month period, to pay for their flights in instalments with a 25% deposit. They can make payments on their balance at later dates as specified.
The introductory layaway plan is currently only available for select routes, that is, all flights originating in Guyana to all of their destinations and all flights originating in Trinidad to New York.
At the moment, travellers seeking to take advantage of the layaway plan can only make reservations at two of their reservation offices, including the Caribbean Airlines City Ticket Offices in Georgetown, Guyana and the Parkade in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad.
The airline confirmed that it intended to include additional routes to the layaway special.
